MUSICONHOLD AI ® uses Voice Data and audio-related data to provide voice generation, speech synthesis, voice customization, enhancement, dubbing, pronunciation support, and related Services.
When you provide us with recordings, speech samples, or other audio materials, we may use AI-based and software-based systems to analyze vocal traits, pronunciation characteristics, timing, emphasis, and similar audio properties in order to generate or process requested outputs.
Depending on where you reside and how the Services are configured, your Voice Data may be considered biometric or sensitive data under applicable law. We do not use Voice Data to infer unrelated personal traits such as race, religion, health status, or political opinions.
(c) Personal Data and Model Training or Service Improvement
To the extent permitted by law and consistent with your settings, opt-outs, contractual arrangements, and the nature of the specific feature, we may use certain Personal Data, Inputs, Outputs, recordings, feedback, and related metadata to help our systems learn patterns in audio, text, pronunciation, workflows, moderation, or performance and to improve our Services.
(d) Content Moderation and User Suspension
We do not undertake to review all content and expressly disclaim any duty to monitor all user activity. However, to protect our platform, users, providers, and third parties, we reserve the right to review, moderate, flag, remove, restrict, or share Inputs, Outputs, messages, recordings, or other content where reasonably necessary for trust and safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
Users who violate our Terms, prohibited use rules, or applicable laws may be suspended or terminated.

We may process and store Personal Data in Israel, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where we, our affiliates, or our service providers operate.
